Job Description: HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in talent recruitment, particularly within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent while managing HR functions to ensure organizational growth and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs.

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates, focusing on roles relevant to the real estate industry.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and understand role requirements.

    • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

  2. Employee Onboarding:

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.

    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, values, and culture.

  3. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and queries.

    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.

  4. Performance Management:

    • Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems.

    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans.

  5. HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.

    • Stay updated with labor laws and HR policies to ensure compliance.

    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment platforms.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR management.

  • Hands-on experience in real estate recruitment or similar industries.

  • UAE experience is mandatory.

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE.
