Job Description
KAYE & CO., a leading real estate firm with over 15 years of experience in Dubai’s luxury property market, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE, offering a commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the sale and rental of prime residential properties in Dubai.
Canvass for properties, prospect new leads, and build a network of client relationships.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and handle transactions at the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and manage property listings on CRM systems.
Provide market insights and updates to clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
Continuously develop skills through professional courses, networking, and certifications.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate brokerage and sales.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Relevant certifications and licenses.
