Key Responsibilities – Jobs in Dubai

📌 Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) by coordinating with design, procurement, and finance teams
📌 Review tender documents & drawings for discrepancies and additional scope
📌 Analyse and compare vendor & subcontractor quotations at bid stage
📌 Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
📌 Develop cost estimates for raw materials, labor, and utilities
📌 Identify and manage project time constraints
📌 Lead bid submission & prequalification processes
📌 Utilize cost estimation software to compute accurate pricing
📌 Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors & suppliers
📌 Stay updated with latest industry practices & trends

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in estimation for Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure projects
✅ Strong knowledge of tendering, contracts, and cost estimation
✅ Proficiency in costing software & BOQ preparation
✅ Excellent analytical, negotiation & collaboration skills
✅ Experience in vendor & subcontractor management
