IT Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience managing IT systems, including Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper-V, and hardware firewalls. Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365 (Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)

• Monitor and troubleshoot server hardware and Hyper-V-based virtual machines

• Configure and maintain external web servers and endpoint security software

• Support Microsoft Windows client OS, Office applications, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)

• Maintain IT asset records and perform server hardware/OS upgrades

• Implement and manage data backups and disaster recovery procedures

• Collaborate with external service providers and IT vendors for technical solutions and procurement

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar IT systems administration role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper-V, and hardware firewalls

• Experience in server hardware/OS upgrades and endpoint security management

• Proficiency in supporting Windows OS, Office applications, and mobile devices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
