Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2-4 years in property management or real estate
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required
Training/Certification: Ejari training and certification required

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling Ejari-related tasks, and contributing to the profitability of our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Conduct routine property inspections and oversee maintenance/repairs.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships.

Leasing & Tenant Coordination:

• Facilitate leasing processes, property viewings, and rental negotiations.
• Prepare tenancy contracts in compliance with RERA regulations.
• Oversee Ejari registration, renewals, and terminations.

Financial Management:

• Monitor rent collections, service charges, and other financial obligations.
• Issue payment reminders and ensure timely follow-ups with tenants.
• Provide monthly reports on property performance and cash flow.

Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure properties meet Dubai Municipality and RERA standards.
• Maintain accurate records of property documents, contracts, and tenant information.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property laws, Ejari regulations, and market trends.

Driving & Site Visits:

• Conduct site visits to inspect properties and liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure quick and efficient travel to properties across Dubai for operational tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in property management within Dubai.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in Ejari processes, RERA regulations, and Dubai’s property laws.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license with access to own vehicle preferred.
