Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marine Supervisor with a strong background in marine operations and management to join our team in Benin, Africa. This role requires a highly skilled professional with at least 10 years of experience in marine supervision, ship management, FPSO management, and mooring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mooring, oil transfer, and off-mooring operations.

• Guide and coordinate tanker and terminal teams during operations.

• Handle emergencies and ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Supervise maintenance activities within the system.

• Coordinate ship operations, diving, oil transfer, oil spill response, and other teams.

• Manage ship command, dock maintenance, work vessel maintenance, channel dredging, and water diversion operations.

• Ensure compliance with IMO standards, norms, and guidelines.

• Communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marine supervision, ship management, FPSO management, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Master CALM single-point system structure and principles.

• Strong knowledge of IMO standards, norms, and guidelines.

• Ability to lead and guide teams in complex operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Work Schedule:

• 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off rotation.

Location:

• Benin, Africa.
