Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new brokers and aggregators to expand our network.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize business opportunities with brokers and aggregators.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

• Resolve operational, contractual, or service-related issues professionally and efficiently.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and propose innovative growth strategies.

• Monitor broker performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer service) to align goals and ensure smooth execution.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine processes and strengthen partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing or business development, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of the broker/aggregator ecosystem.

• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic planning abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
