Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of marketing professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and creative to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create and manage marketing budgets
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a management position
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Certifications in areas such as Google Analytics or HubSpot are a plus
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g. tech, retail, healthcare)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
