Job Description: Administrative cum Receptionist
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative cum Receptionist to provide a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, and sorting and distributing mail.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
Coordinate and resolve client-related issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement strategies.
Handle complaints and queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
Manage filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as requested.
Prepare meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are organized and ready for use.
Sort and distribute mail efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
