Job Description: Administrative cum Receptionist

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative cum Receptionist to provide a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, and sorting and distributing mail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries.

  • Coordinate and resolve client-related issues promptly and professionally.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement strategies.

  • Handle complaints and queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.

  • Manage filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as requested.

  • Prepare meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are organized and ready for use.

  • Sort and distribute mail efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
