Telephone service executive

Job Description

We are a leading Beverage Distribution Company based in Abu Dhabi, and we are hiring 4 Tele-Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and generating leads to support our sales team. Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and process customer purchase orders

• Generate promising leads for the outside sales team

• Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with products and services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

• Use company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and handle customer rejections

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

• Proficiency in using sales scripts and handling customer rejections

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
