A Swiss-routed Family Office in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai, self-disciplined, and exceptionally accurate, with fluency in Russian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process documentation to ensure accurate recording of business transactions for the company and its clients.

  • Oversee office operations and manage reception duties.

  • Handle phone calls, corporate correspondence, and emails, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, printing, and typing.

  • Coordinate with banks for account openings, KYC requests, and other banking-related activities.

  • Prepare and issue invoices.

  • Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and personal/business affairs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Employment Details:

  • Full-time position with official UAE employment after a 1-month probation period.

  • Office location: Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
