Job Description:
A Swiss-routed Family Office in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai, self-disciplined, and exceptionally accurate, with fluency in Russian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Process documentation to ensure accurate recording of business transactions for the company and its clients.
Oversee office operations and manage reception duties.
Handle phone calls, corporate correspondence, and emails, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
Perform administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, printing, and typing.
Coordinate with banks for account openings, KYC requests, and other banking-related activities.
Prepare and issue invoices.
Provide administrative support to colleagues as needed.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and personal/business affairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Employment Details:
Full-time position with official UAE employment after a 1-month probation period.
Office location: Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
