Job Description: Office Assistant
We are urgently hiring Office Assistants to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates of any nationality currently residing in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Any visa status (candidates must be in the UAE).
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
Salary: Up to AED 2,800.

Duty time: 8 hours plus overtime.
