We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and organizational skills and be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support – Assist in daily office tasks and operations.
Document Management – Organize and maintain office records.
Data Entry & Management – Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
Travel Arrangements – Coordinate bookings and schedules.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Fluent in English (Mandatory)
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is a plus)
🔹 Experience in Social Media Management (Preferred)
🔹 Familiarity with Dubai Government Transactions (Residency, License Renewals, etc.) is an advantage
