Charterhouse is currently working with an international energy trading company, who is looking to hire an Office Receptionist to manage the front desk of their office in Dubai.
The Office Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a well-presented and organised reception, welcoming visitors into the business with a warm, friendly and professional manner, making outbound and answering incoming calls as well as communicating messages within a timely manner. This role will handle all generic emails and ensure to delegate these to the correct point of contact.
In addition, the Receptionist will manage administrative tasks for various departments within the business, handle correspondence, assist with organising internal events, schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of executives.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative position and must be proficient using Microsoft Office. This position serves as the face of the business, requiring a personable demeanour with outstanding customer service skills. The individual must also uphold confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
It is crucial to be professional and well-presented, with exceptional telephone manners and communication skills. The candidate will be working within a fast-paced environment; therefore, our client is looking for someone highly organised with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
