A reputable general trading company specializing in the wholesale distribution of cosmetics products is seeking an energetic and hardworking Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the outdoor field within the cosmetics or detergents sector.

Products

The company is focused on expanding its portfolio with B-class supermarkets through its in-house brand and supportive distribution brands. The role involves managing existing clients while simultaneously acquiring new ones.

Cosmetics:
The company represents a well-known brand, Beauty Clinic, with over 300 SKUs and more than 10 years in the cosmetics market.

Skills Required

  • UAE Driving License: Essential
  • Experience in creating promotions, bulk selling, opening new accounts, boosting sales, managing promoters, and conducting negotiations.
  • Ability to handle display and marketing initiatives.

Additional Information

  • Clientele: Focus on discount centers and outlets with 1 to 10 locations, including a few Madina group outlets. Experience with these clients is preferred; otherwise, please do not apply.
  • Regions to Cover: Ras Al Khaimah, Jebel Ali, and Sharjah.
  • Strong communication skills and established contacts with purchasers and senior management are crucial.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and addressing key operational/display concerns in the market.
  • Execute sales business plans to meet targeted objectives while ensuring compliance with client brand guidelines.
