Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the elderly stroke patient 3-4 days a week
- Monitor the physiotherapist during sessions and assist with exercises and stretching during free time
- Engage the patient in light activities and fun conversations
- Assist with daily activities such as walking, eating, etc.
- Play simple games like board games and quizzes for cognitive rehabilitation
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s physical or mental condition
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in elderly/stroke patient care/nursing
- Proficient in speaking Hindi
- Basic knowledge of first aid
- Patience and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers
- Willingness to follow care instructions provided by the family or healthcare professionals
Timings:
- 3-4 days/week, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary:
- Based on experience
