Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with expertise in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and EPC sectors to manage marketing, sales, procurement processes, and bid submissions for various projects. This role involves handling both business development and operational duties to ensure the company's success in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Sales:

   • Focus on business development, marketing plans, and branding.
   • Integrate market and customer resources.
   • Conduct market research and prepare summaries for strategic decisions.
   • Business travel as needed.

2. Market Trends and Bidding:

   • Stay up-to-date with oilfield, energy, and EPC market trends.
   • Integrate resources to respond to procurement and bidding needs.
   • Provide procurement execution plans focused on cost-efficiency and high service levels.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
   • Enhance customer satisfaction and explore potential business opportunities.

4. Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC Bidding:

   • Manage supplier registrations and prepare pricing inquiries for bid products.
   • Analyze procurement prices and prepare documents for bid submissions.
   • Monitor bid contracts and follow-ups with contractors.

5. Procurement and Logistics:

   • Implement procurement and logistics SOPs.
   • Manage full category procurement and supplier relations, focusing on cost control and timely delivery.

6. Order Operations Supervision:

   • Oversee procurement operators in following up on orders after winning bids.
   • Ensure timely delivery, logistics, quality, and customer satisfaction.

7. Carrier Management:

   • Supervise and evaluate the performance of warehousing, transportation, and logistics providers.

8. Financial Coordination:

   • Ensure timely follow-up on customer payments and bid-related deposits.
   • Communicate with the finance department on payment matters.

9. Supplier and Process Improvement:

   • Optimize supplier sourcing, evaluation, and bidding processes.
   • Continuously improve procurement efficiency and resource optimization.
