Hiring: Project Manager – Construction & Development (Dubai)

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏗 Experience: 15+ Years in Construction (7+ Years in Dubai)
🎟 License: G+ Unlimited (Dubai Municipality)
⏳ Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead construction & development projects while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and handling approvals with Nakheel, Tarkhees, RTA, DEWA, and Dubai Holding.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Project Leadership – Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time & within budget.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to DM, Nakheel, Tarkhees, RTA & DEWA guidelines.
✔ Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors & authorities.
✔ Risk & Quality Management – Maintain high safety & quality standards while mitigating risks.
✔ Budget & Resource Management – Optimize costs, labor, materials & equipment.
✔ Technical Problem-Solving – Lead complex construction challenges & regulatory issues.
✔ Team Leadership – Mentor and drive high-performance project teams.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PMP, PRINCE2 Preferred)
✅ 15+ Years Construction Experience (7+ Years in Dubai)
✅ Valid G+ Unlimited License (Dubai Municipality)
✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6, BIM, AutoCAD & MS Project
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic Preferred)
✅ Strong Leadership, Communication & Cost Estimation Skills

Preferred Qualifications:
🌟 PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma Certification
🌟 Experience handling approvals with Nakheel, Tarkhees, Dubai Holding, RTA, & DEWA
