Dubai-based Real Estate Brokerage company is recruiting Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Agents (Commission Based) to expand our Sales and Leasing Team. Potential earnings of 300,000DHS+ TAX-FREE per annum with a great rewards scheme Job Description: · As a sales or leasing consultant, you will be responsible for generating new property listings and then finding new tenants or buyers for them using portals. · Talking to owners with a view to leasing or selling their property · Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new inquiries · Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients, and sending suitable properties · Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients. · Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients. · Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market. · Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved. · Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions. · Ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.
