Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Zomor International FZCO. The ideal candidate will possess a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. As the first point of contact, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
• Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
• Provide accurate information and address inquiries from visitors, clients, and staff
• Assist the operations team when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and maintain professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Availability to join immediately
