Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing top talent to building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals and sponsors, ensuring the best match between candidates and roles. This role requires excellent sales and consultancy skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.

• Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate positions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and statutory requirements.

• Attend client meetings and recruitment events to expand networks.

• Use ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in healthcare.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment legislation.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment, job boards, and CRM systems.
