Job Description
We are looking for a Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Hostess, your role will involve creating a positive experience for our guests from their arrival to departure. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required to ensure guests receive excellent service and a pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the venue.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating.
- Escort guests to their assigned bed or private room.
- Provide guests with information and details about services.
- Greet guests upon their departure.
- Coordinate with staff about operations and cleaning.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained 24/7.
- Cater to guests who require extra attention.
- Answer incoming calls, reply on WhatsApp, and assist guests with any queries.
- Assist wait staff as needed during service.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Hostess.
- Understanding of hotel management and operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing reservations.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills (both phone and in-person).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
- Good physical condition to stand and walk during entire shifts.
- High school diploma required; hospitality certification is a plus.
