Chief Accountant – MARSEL Luxury Car Rental

Company Overview:
MARSEL Luxury Car Rental, part of the MARSEL LUXURY CAR RENTAL and VIP-DXB-RUS TOURISM group, is a premier provider of luxury and economy car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, yacht rentals, catering, and exclusive tourism experiences in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee and manage the company’s accounting in line with international and UAE financial standards.
• Prepare and submit financial and tax reports to regulatory authorities.
• Manage income, expenses, and cash flow control.
• Provide financial statements and analytical reports to management.

✅ Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate transactions with suppliers and clients.
• Optimize tax and accounting processes to ensure compliance.
• Handle internal audits and analyze financial operations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and audit firms as needed.

✅ Team & Policy Management

• Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, and oversee execution.
• Implement and ensure adherence to the company’s financial policies.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
✔ Strong knowledge of international & UAE accounting standards and taxation.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software.
✔ Detail-oriented, responsible, and an effective team player.
✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken).
✔ Ability to handle large data volumes and multitask efficiently.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (lunch break from 15:30 – 16:30)
