Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets for fire-rated steel doors and hardware.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network, promote products, and stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with fire-rated steel doors and hardware or similar products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
