Bits Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our team. If you have expertise in network design, security, troubleshooting, and optimization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Network Design & Implementation:

• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to define networking requirements for projects and systems.

🔹 Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime & reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

🔹 Security & Compliance:

• Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

🔹 System Upgrades & Optimization:

• Perform network upgrades and optimizations for efficiency.
• Research and integrate latest networking technologies.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed network configurations, processes, and policies.
• Provide regular status updates and technical reports.

🔹 Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with IT support teams to resolve network-related escalations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers & non-technical staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering.
✅ Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
✅ Skills: Strong expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and optimization.
✅ Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
