Tour Manager – Amex Tours | Dubai
Amex Tours, a leading tourism company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Tour Manager to oversee operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and contribute to the expansion of our tour services. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Tour Planning & Coordination
- Develop, plan, and coordinate diverse tour packages tailored to various customer segments.
- Manage and lead a team of tour guides, drivers, and operations staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
✅ Vendor & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, costing, and logistics for tours to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
✅ Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on tourism trends and design innovative offerings to keep the business competitive.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and opportunities for new tours.
✅ Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
- Oversee safety and quality standards for all tours to ensure a safe experience for guests.
- Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
✅ Marketing & Business Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for new and existing tours.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our business presence.
✅ Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses of tour performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in tour management, preferably in Dubai’s tourism sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s tourism attractions and experiences.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and multitask effectively.
