Younger customers can present a NOC from someone over the age of 21 who agrees to be responsible for your internet account.

In Dubai, Signing Up For Internet Services

You must visit a service centre to fill out an application form for Etisalat internet packages, or you can simply download it from the official website. Go to the 'Support' page, then to the 'Personal' tab to find online application forms for setting up a home internet connection. Similarly, for du packages, you can either visit a service centre or subscribe online. You must first choose your location and package, after which you must complete an online form. The following documents are required to subscribe to Etisalat and du net packages:

  • Valid residency visa in the UAE
  • Emirates Identification

You must also provide copies of your residency visa and Emirates ID. You will also need your Ejari tenancy contract or title deed, which includes your name and address, in the case of Du. If you are not receiving the subscription in your name, you must obtain an authorization letter from the person who is purchasing the subscription, as well as their Emirates ID. You can expect your home internet connection to be operational within seven days after submitting these documents and paying the installation fees at the service centre.

How to Cancel Your Dubai Internet Connection
