The ideal candidate will coordinate office activities, supervise administrative staff, and provide support to upper management, enabling the team to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.

  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and schedules for upper management.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
