Job Description: Female Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the luxurious yachting and marine industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting and supporting a team of 6 successful managers, ensuring seamless coordination and driving the team forward.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Presentable, bilingual, and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in office software.

  • Confident, assertive, and not shy to speak her mind.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Passion for the luxury yachting and marine industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for a team of 6 managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

  • Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and team activities.

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data management, and reporting.

  • Drive team collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance.

  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
