Job Description: Office Admin & Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin & Accounts Assistant to manage both administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance with local regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.

  • Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, letters) and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, trial balances, and journals.

  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Process vendor invoices, verify payments, and assist in accounts payable and receivable.

  • Tax and Compliance Assistance: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, monitor discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration and basic accounting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

  • Knowledge of local financial regulations is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
