Head of Delivery

Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead and optimize our logistics and delivery operations in the fast-paced e-commerce retail sector. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our delivery strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage courier services (in-house and external) and B2B delivery operations across the Middle East.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

• Analyze data to identify issues, improve timeliness, and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with the IT team on product development and process improvements.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ employees to achieve operational excellence.

• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with company regulations.

• Participate in budgeting, project development, and organizational meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Fluency in English.
