Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years of expertise in marine supervision, ship management, FPSO operations, mooring management, and oil transfer via sea pipelines. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of IMO regulations, standards, and recommendations and possess strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee vessel movements, diving operations, cargo oil transfers, and oil spill response teams to ensure seamless execution of loading operations.
- Manage FPSO operations, terminal activities, vessel command, and working boat maintenance.
- Supervise mooring and unmooring operations, channel dredging, and pilot commandment.
- Ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in marine supervision, ship and FPSO management, mooring operations, navigation, and oil transfer.
- Strong understanding of IMO requirements, standards, and best practices.
- Experience as a Maritime Administrator, Ship Officer, Loading Master, FPSO Officer, or Pilot is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary marine operations.
