Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support various HR administrative functions. This role is open to candidates of any nationality, both male and female, and offers a competitive salary of AED 4,000 to AED 5,500.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to HR executives.

  • Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).

  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and take minutes.

  • Address employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
