We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support various HR administrative functions. This role is open to candidates of any nationality, both male and female, and offers a competitive salary of AED 4,000 to AED 5,500.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to HR executives.
Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and take minutes.
Address employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
Requirements:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
