Operations Manager – Limousine Services (UAE)
We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager with extensive experience in limousine services and a deep understanding of the UAE market to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operations & Fleet Management
- Oversee daily operations of the limousine fleet, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage fleet scheduling and routing for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport laws, safety regulations, and tourism guidelines.
✅ Team Leadership & Customer Service
- Supervise and develop a diverse operational team to maintain high service standards.
- Train staff on customer service, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
✅ Process Optimization & Cost Control
- Develop and implement strategic policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to enhance operations.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures for operational expenses.
✅ Stakeholder & Market Management
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers, partners, and service providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market innovations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Limousine Services as an Operations Manager.
✔ Strong knowledge of the UAE transportation sector, regulations, and customer preferences.
✔ Leadership experience in team management, fleet coordination, and client service.
✔ Expertise in route optimization, scheduling, and fleet management.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience managing luxury transportation services (e.g., VIP chauffeur services).
⭐ Strong understanding of UAE travel, tourism, and transport industry regulations.
