• Preparation of Drainage and Water supply drawings.

• Checking & incorporating Plumbing equipment details.

• Preparation of MEP Builder's work drawings.

• Preparation of MEP coordination drawings incorporating all MEP services.

• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

• Sizing of Water supply & drainage piping as per local standards.

• Design an effective plumbing/piping system sufficient for the needs and load put on it by the project.

• Create detailed models and drawings of your design to be referenced in the creation of the plumbing system.

• Work closely with other team members to develop MEP Coordination layout.

• Effectively select the needed materials and parts for the project.

• Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations regarding the project.

• Continually monitor completed systems to ensure they remain functional. Make modifications to the systems, as necessary.

• Ensure that all applicable regulations are accounted for in the designs for the project.

• Prepare piping design sketches as required by drafting personnel.

• Check piping drawings developed by consultant personnel.

• Complete isometric drawings and piping layout as needed.

• Ensure to complete pipe components and run detailed drawings, as necessary.

• Review project parameters related to piping requirements.

• Must be an expert in AutoCAD (2D,3D) and international codes and standards.

• Must be familiar with presenting general arrangement drawings of steel structural and Fabrication.

• Must have good knowledge of detailing.

• Good knowledge of computer operation and operating knowledge of MS (Excel, Word & Outlook).

• To create proper product design and manufacturing drawings sets, considering the effective cost.

• To follow company/department ISO procedures for all steps to keep the system in place.

• Always, effective time management is required to be in place.

• Presentation and reporting skills (preferable).

• Knowledge about MEPs. Services

• Ability to commute/relocate to project/site in Sharjah.
