Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design / Fit Out ( CIVIL )

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, review tender documents, and prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities)

• Coordinate with design teams to align BOQs with project specifications and pricing methodologies

• Source and verify supplier quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery

• Prepare preliminary, budget, and comprehensive MEP and fit-out estimates

• Analyze costs, negotiate contracts, and manage tender submissions

• Monitor site progress, evaluate variations, and prepare supporting documentation

• Oversee subcontractor submissions, shop drawings, and authority approvals

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of MEP and fit-out estimation, cost control, and contract management

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and technical/commercial bids

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
