We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Sales Executive with a background in the Marine, Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, Oil & Gas, or General Industry sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service and product sales, particularly in Technical Services, Protective Coatings, Paints, and MRO products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Develop a deep understanding of the product and service portfolio to effectively communicate value to clients.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the Marine, Oil & Gas, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of Technical Services, Protective Coatings, Paints, and MRO products.

• Proactive, motivated, and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to understand and articulate technical product details to clients.
