Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The basic and the most crucial step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
  • Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyse all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments to analyse all market activities and manage all communication with technical departments and perform various tests in products and ensure optimal quality of all products and design all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks.
  • Analyse all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain a client portfolio for same.
  • To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
  • To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
  • Maintain all company distributors for all assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites and provide required training to all staff and forecast all sales volume for various projects and maintain knowledge on all product range.
  • To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are conducted within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
  • To take initiative and effo11s to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
  • To constantly review Customers performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
  • To conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of tbc customers.
  • To ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales.
  • Studying the market in the target country or countries
  • Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends. Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges.
  • Meeting with clients here or overseas
  • Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
  • Managing administration. such as orders, contracts and export documents Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ of overall experience .
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Middle East & Africa market, preferably from IT distribution or vendor background.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Expert Level knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills.
