Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness.
Create engaging content, including captions and graphics.
Optimize social media growth and maintain daily operations.
Build and monitor online communities, ensuring active engagement.
Conduct competitive analysis and implement guidelines for brand consistency.
Executive Assistance:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings.
Assist with daily time management and run errands as needed.
Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
