Hyundai unveiled the completely new Elantra in 2012, and the car continues with minor changes for 2015. The spacious 5-seater is offered with either a 1.6-litre or a 1.8-litre in most markets, both 4-cylinder engines mated to a standard 6-speed automatic with manual-shift capability. Some GCC markets, such as Saudi Arabia, get a 2.0-litre instead of the 1.8-litre, with an automatic gearbox. The new front-wheel-drive platform has independent front and live-axle rear suspension. Standard features include 15-inch steel wheels with hubcaps, four-wheel-disc brakes, cloth upholstery, power steering, electric mirrors, keyless entry, power windows, CD/MP3 stereo with AUX/USB input and manual a/c. Higher models get 17-inch alloy wheels, intelligent keyless entry with starter button, better stereo, faux leather upholstery, fog lamps, sunroof, cruise control, power drivers seat, parking sensors and more, but not all features will be offered by all dealers. Safety features include one standard airbag and ABS, mid-range models get two airbags, while the higher models get six airbags and stability control. Rent Hyundai Elantra and roam all over Dubai.

As per RTA, all rental cars in the UAE are provided with comprehensive insurance (a.k.a. basic insurance).
This means that by default, you are covered incase of an accidental damage provided it isn’t your fault.
A police report must be obtained at the time of an accident. Your rental amount includes basic coverage.
Most car rental companies provide CDW (collision damage waiver) for an additional charge.
This covers you for any accidental damage by your own fault as well. However, a valid police report is still required for coverage.
